Values formation • GMRC, love of country and anti-radicalization

We start them young, and SAFERSCHOOL guides them as they grow

Good manners and right conduct, values and ethics, love of country and a shield against radicalization, taught on the same kit every learner carries from preschool onward. Lessons follow each family's faith, and recruiters, scammers and extremist content are kept out.

Character lessons that grow with the child

Each age gets lessons it can understand, from a puppy's kindness pledge in preschool to spotting a recruiter in high school. Tap an age to see the screen.

Kindness, sharing and safety with Sparky

In Pocket Pre-School's child mode, Sparky the Safety Puppy teaches small habits in the child's mother tongue. Children finish the Sparky Safety Pledge to earn a golden badge, and the session ends at the time limit the parent sets.

  • Keep passwords secret
  • Be kind and share
  • Ask a teacher before sharing files
  • Screen time capped at 15, 30 or 45 minutes

What SAFERSCHOOL teaches

Four parts of good character, on the kit every learner carries

Character lessons sit inside the same app learners use for math and reading, so they come up every day, not once a term.

Different faiths, one classroom. Each learner gets reflections in their own family's tradition, then learns side by side.

Good manners and right conduct

Kindness is practiced every day, online too. The Socratic Pause asks a learner to think again before a hurtful message is sent, and GMRC is tracked in the competency portfolio beside literacy and numeracy.

Values and ethics

Daily reflections follow the family's chosen profile: Catholic, Protestant, Islam, Indigenous or secular ethics. Guided dilemmas ask learners to reason through right and wrong, and an interfaith common ground space shows what faiths share.

Love of country

Badges reward learners who attend flag ceremonies on time and finish Philippine history and Araling Panlipunan modules. Pocket Scout, Pocket ROTC and Red Cross first aid prepare them to serve their barangay.

Anti-radicalization

The Cognitive Shield trains learners to spot grooming, recruitment scams and fake news. SAFER TV screens videos for radicalizing and violent content, and learners with a grievance draft a proposal to their student council or barangay instead.

Anti-radicalization

Practice saying no before a recruiter ever asks

Extremist groups and criminal gangs look for young people who need money or feel unheard. The Cognitive Shield lets learners rehearse the moment safely. Try this scenario from the app.

Online grooming and easy-income scams

A contact on a private messaging app offers you ₱15,000 a week to hand out "private flyers" and photograph local police operations. They tell you to keep it secret from your parents and school coaches. What do you do?

Pick an answer to see the feedback.

Warning signs learners learn to spot

  • Money that seems too easy
  • Requests to keep secrets from parents, teachers or coaches
  • Tasks involving the police, flyers or strangers

A better way to be heard

Angry about a problem in the community? The grievance channel helps learners write a proposal to their student council or barangay captain, instead of taking it to the street.

Help is one tap away

Philippine emergency lines, including 911, stay callable offline, even inside the locked school profile.
